Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and performance metrics to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Engage with our online community promptly, maintaining a positive brand image and responding to inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including PR, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure a unified message.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging social media trends to keep our strategy cutting-edge.
- Assist in the development of paid social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for engaging content initiatives to drive traffic and conversation.
- Manage social media budgets ensuring optimized ROI on promotions and advertisements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to engage effectively.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable strategy.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and social media management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
